My sons have an events venue, so I decided to have a big 60th birthday party 110 friends and family. Not knowing where to start my boys asked me to contact Kim (Salt and Sage). I messaged and booked my date with her and she sent me the most amazing menu that really felt perfect. The venue does not have a proper kitchen which worried me a bit, but Kim assured me they would bring in everything they needed. My party went off perfectly and the food was outstanding. I had so many people asking me who had catered and how did they get it so right. No one could believe that so much food came out hot, all at once, and tasting so unreal.
