What is the maximum number of people you can cater for? And the minimum?
We’re up for any challenge and to feed as many bellies as possible! To date the largest event we’ve catered for is 190 guests. The smallest number of guests for events is around 10 people.
Do you provide cutlery, crockery and napkins?
Generally we ask our guests to provide their own crockery and cutlery for events but we do supply cocktail napkins for our canape and harvest style events.
What is the payment protocol?
50% payment upfront as deposit to secure the event date and the balance within 3 days of the event date.
Can you provide bartending services? If so, are you able to provide the alcohol as well?
Unfortunately we do not hold a liquor licence, so ask our guests to supply their own alcoholic beverages for events, but we can assist with supplying friendly and experienced bartenders or waiters to assist.
How far outside of Cape Town do you offer your services?
Generally we offer our services within 1 – 1.5 hours drive from Cape Town.
Can you do a completely customised menu for our event?
Absolutely! We love crafting customised menus to suit exactly what our clients envisage. Our suggested menus are just a guideline to get your tastebuds salivating and as a starting point for discussion should you wish.
Can you cater for children attending the event?
Of course we can.
Are you able to accommodate dietary restrictions or special requests?
We can accommodate special dietary requests (eg. vegan, gluten free) however they may incur additional charges as we might have to create something completely different to accommodate.
What is the cancellation policy?
Our deposits and cancellation policy is as follows:
- 50% Deposit is required to secure your booking
- In the event of a booking being made the week of the event date, full payment will need to be cleared in order to proceed.
- Cancellation more than 14 days before event – 50% of deposit forfeited
- Cancellation less than 14 days before event – 100% of deposit forfeited
